🎯 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Maximo Developer to join our remote team and contribute to the design, customization, and migration of IBM Maximo solutions, particularly cloud-based upgrades. This role requires deep domain and technical knowledge of Maximo Asset Management, strong English communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with distributed teams.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• 🛠️ Design, develop, and customize IBM Maximo applications to meet business needs.
• ☁️ Lead or support Maximo cloud migration projects (e.g., upgrade to IBM Maximo Application Suite - MAS).
• 🔄 Build and configure Workflows, Domains, Security Groups, Escalations, and Cron Tasks.
• 📜 Develop Automation Scripts (Jython/JavaScript).
• 🔌 Integrate external systems via MIF using REST/SOAP APIs.
• 📊 Build/modify BIRT and Cognos reports.
• ⚙️ Perform tuning and scripting using SQL, PL/SQL.
• 🤝 Coordinate closely with onsite and offshore teams.

💡 Required Skills & Qualifications

• 🧠 5+ years Maximo development experience.
• ☁️ Strong experience in Maximo upgrades and cloud migrations (IBM MAS).
• 🧰 Proficient in:
• Java/J2EE, MBOs
• Jython/JavaScript Automation Scripts
• MIF (REST/SOAP)
• SQL, PL/SQL
• BIRT Reporting
• 🗃️ Hands-on with Application Designer, DB Configuration, Conditional Expressions.
• 🧾 Familiar with Maximo Inventory, Work, Assets, PMs, and Purchasing.
• 🌐 WebSphere/WebLogic/Liberty experience.
• 🗣️ Excellent English communication.
• 👥 Team player with coordination skills.

• 📛 IBM Maximo Certification(s)
• 🚀 Experience with IBM MAS Admin & OpenShift/Kubernetes
• 🔌 Industry modules (Utilities, Oil & Gas, Transport)
