Graphic & Digital Designer

We're seeking an experienced Digital Designer to join the team, which spans across LATAM and Europe. We work closely with coffee businesses and our events agency to create impactful marketing strategies and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have 3 years plus experience in digital design, and have worked as part of a team.

We are offering this fully remote role on a permanent/full-time basis to candidates. If you're outside of Argentina, and in another LATAM country, please feel free to apply regardless.

As a Digital Designer, you will support the PRF & PDG Media team by producing visually compelling graphics for social media, websites, newsletters, PDFs, and other digital and print media, including banners and merchandising.

As part of this team, you will report to our Marketing Manager, who will oversee your workload. Together, you will collaborate to deliver outstanding creative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing digital designs that align with marketing and strategic goals for internal and external accounts.
• Creating high-quality mockups to showcase design concepts and visualize how final assets will appear in different contexts (e.g., websites, newsletters, social media posts).
• Creating new graphics based on existing brand guidelines.
• Designing and managing digital assets for a variety of uses, including social media posts, Klaviyo newsletters, website graphics, and mobile and desktop website UX design.
• Altering and optimizing existing assets to suit various platforms and formats.
• Collaborating with the team during regular calls and meetings to understand project requirements and transform them into striking, aesthetic design assets.
• Making necessary improvements to existing graphics and designs.
• Ensuring all designs adhere to the company’s brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across platforms and materials.
• Staying detail-oriented and organized in your day-to-day work.
• Participating in brainstorming sessions and sharing creative ideas to enhance our projects.

ESSENTIAL:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience with digital design.
• A minimum of 3 years experience using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, AfterEffects, and tools such as Sketch or similar.
• Experience with Figma or similar.
• Bilingual - Spanish/English.
• Ability to autonomously ideate, design, and create content at scale.
• Good understanding of social media (and visuals/graphics performing well across these platforms).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
• An interest in the specialty coffee sector.
• Willingness to travel to coffee farms and participate in events.

DESIRABLE:

• Additional experience with any of the following is a plus:
• Google Slides / Canva
• Klaviyo
• Website design
• UI/UX design
• Understanding of HTML
• CMS experience (ideally WordPress)
• Video editing skills
• Experience in the coffee sector
