Marketing Team Lead / Head – FinTech
We are working with a fast-growing FinTech company operating across 140 countries and over 25 industries. Our client is a licensed Electronic Money Institution (EMI), authorised by regulatory bodies in the UK, Canada, and Malta. They offer multicurrency IBANs, merchant solutions, and mass payment options—all through a single, streamlined platform.
Our client is now looking for a Marketing Team Lead / Head to join their international team. This is a strategic leadership role with a high level of ownership, reporting directly to the Head of Operations.

Your Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for both B2B and B2C audiences to enhance brand visibility and achieve campaign goals
- Lead and manage the marketing team, fostering collaboration and strong performance
- Define and track KPIs across marketing channels to optimise resources and boost ROI
- Use analytics tools to extract insights and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Prepare reports on marketing channel performance and team productivity
- Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across email, social media, content, SEM, and database marketing
- Oversee creation of content including case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and industry articles to build authority and thought leadership
- Adapt marketing strategies for international expansion and strengthen the brand’s presence in key markets
- Collaborate with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and a consistent customer experience
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide strategic decisions
- Organise and manage participation in events and conferences, from branding to lead generation
- Keep marketing plans, brand guidelines, and competitive insights up to date
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in building and executing impactful marketing strategies
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, email, social media, PPC) and marketing analytics
- Leadership skills to manage and develop a high-performing team
- Data-driven mindset with a strong grasp of KPIs and ROI
- Experience in fast-paced, evolving environments
- Advanced proficiency in English, with fluency in Ukrainian or Russian
- Bonus: Background in FinTech/EMI and experience marketing to both B2B and B2C audiences internationally, including in high-risk industries
