JOB TYPE: Full-Time Permanent

SCHEDULE: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM PDT

COMPENSATION: $8 USD/ hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a Results-driven Marketing Leader to oversee our lead generation strategy, vendor management, and team development. This role will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new marketing vendors, tracking market trends, and conducting competitor analysis.

The ideal candidate will manage and optimize campaign budgets, lead source performance, and vendor negotiations to maximize ROI. As a team leader, this person will define roles, train team members, and build out marketing playbooks. Additional responsibilities include proactive forecasting, insightful strategic reporting, and meticulous monitoring of vendor refund processes to ensure accurate reconciliation and reliable performance tracking.

  • Effective Communicator – Comfortable presenting insights, leading meetings, and providing concise recommendations.
  • Experienced in Budget & Campaign Management – Understands cost metrics (CPL, CPA, CPS), negotiates terms, and maintains forecasting accuracy.
  • Tech-Savvy – Proficient with digital tools, marketing analytics platforms, and tracking systems (e.g., F9, PPC dashboards, SEO tools).
  • SEO & PPC Knowledgeable – Able to track and optimize performance across website, social media, and paid campaigns.
  • Team Leader & Developer – Experienced in managing, training, and assigning tasks to support staff, with a focus on growth and accountability.
  • Collaborative – Works cross-functionally with admin, sales, and reporting teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
  • Detail-Oriented with Integrity – Ensures proper handling of vendor refunds, tracking discrepancies, and maintaining transparency in processes.
  • Market-Savvy – Stays informed on competitor strategies and industry trends, bringing fresh insights to the team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  • 3+ years proven experience in marketing coordination, campaign management, or lead source/vendor management
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and KPIs
  • Experience with SEO, Google PPC, and social media analytics tools
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing integration platforms (e.g., F9)
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship management skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and project management abilities
  • Ability to lead, train, and manage a marketing team
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and analytics tools

Responsibilities:

Market Research & Lead Source Onboarding

  • Research new marketing vendors and evaluate potential lead sources
  • Lead onboarding process: documentation, integration setup, and tracking number coordination
  • Monitor competitor performance and market trends for actionable insights
  • Track, review, and report on competitor activities

Campaign & Budget Management

  • Manage lead source vendors in alignment with weekly/monthly/quarterly forecasts
  • Communicate and coordinate budget proposals and changes with reporting teams
  • Lead vendor meetings, provide performance-based recommendations, and adjust sources as needed
  • Negotiate costs, credits, and terms to maximize ROI
  • Build and maintain monthly marketing budget forecasts and performance reports

SEO, Analytics & PPC Oversight

  • Monitor and report on website and social media KPIs
  • Track performance of paid search and paid social campaigns (Google PPC, Facebook PPC)
  • Create and maintain performance benchmarks for all digital campaigns

Team Leadership

  • Manage and lead a team of marketing support staff
  • Define team member roles and responsibilities
  • Provide training, assign tasks, and develop marketing playbooks/training portals as needed

Reporting & Strategic Planning

  • Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts and benchmarks
  • Analyze campaign performance by comparing time periods and reviewing call center, admin, and sales reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure marketing strategy aligns with company goals

Refund Management

  • Monitor and manage refund requests from vendors and internal team
  • Track and address vendor-specific refund percentages or policies
  • Coordinate with team members to process and split refunds properly
