We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to drive growth and brand positioning across global fintech markets. This role blends strategy and execution — from designing lead generation campaigns to shaping PayDo’s product narrative and client acquisition funnels. The ideal candidate combines analytical thinking with creative experimentation and understands how to turn complex payment products into simple, compelling messages that convert.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies to attract and convert target audiences across channels (LinkedIn, Google, X/Twitter, affiliates, etc.
- Build and optimise marketing funnels from first touch to onboarding and retention
- Create, test, and scale growth campaigns through content, partnerships, niche events, and remarketing
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and sales teams to align messaging, improve conversion, and support go-to-market initiatives
- Manage marketing analytics, tracking, and attribution (Keitaro, GA4, CAPI, etc.) to evaluate performance and ROI
- Conduct market and competitor research to refine positioning and messaging within the fintech and payments landscape
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in performance or product marketing (ideally in fintech, EMI, or payments)
- Proven expertise in B2B lead generation, conversion optimisation, and CRM-based nurturing
- Strong creative and analytical mindset — able to test fast, iterate, and scale what works
- Excellent copywriting and communication skills — capable of simplifying complex financial concepts
- Ability to work independently within a lean, distributed team and manage multiple priorities
Nice to Have:
- Background in EMI / PSP / iGaming / SaaS industries
- Experience with affiliate marketing, funnels, and conversion tracking tools
- Understanding of regulatory and compliance aspects in fintech
- Strong storytelling or brand-building experience
