We are seeking an experienced Social Media Manager to lead and expand our presence across X (formerly Twitter) and LinkedIn. This role is pivotal in fostering a vibrant and engaged community, enhancing user experience, and driving brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the crypto, fintech and iGaming landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in social media strategy and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to craft and publish insightful content on LinkedIn and X, positioning Paybis as a leader in the crypto and fintech space.
- Develop and manage a content calendar that highlights executive perspectives, industry trends, and company milestones.
- Produce expert informed content tailored for each platform, including posts, articles, infographics, and short-form videos.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all social media channels.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage our communities on and create an organic B2B lead flywheel from X and LinkedIn.
- Track social media metrics, including engagement rates, follower growth, and website traffic generated from social channels.
- Provide regular reports with actionable insights to inform future strategies.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align social media initiatives with company goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years in social media management, within the crypto sectors with experience in fintech or iGaming preferred.
- Demonstrated success in engaging communities on X and LinkedIn.
- Strong understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and the fintech and iGaming ecosystem.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about crypto and and crypto trends.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and community needs.
- Experience with event planning and hosting virtual community events.
- Familiarity with additional languages is a plus.
