The Opportunity
We’re looking to partner with seasoned graphic designers and independent studios who bring sharp aesthetic judgment, strategic thinking, and cultural sensitivity to branding. This is not a full-time role — it’s a curated opportunity to join Paxika’s global network of preferred design collaborators for food, hospitality, and culinary brands.
If your work reflects clarity, restraint, and a deep understanding of how design shapes experience — we want to hear from you.
You Might Be a Fit If:
• You’ve led or contributed to branding projects in the food, hospitality, or lifestyle space — ideally with real-world execution (not just mockups).
• Your portfolio demonstrates fluency in typography, layout, and storytelling — with a minimal, intentional aesthetic.
• You have experience designing across formats: logos, menus, packaging, environments, and digital touchpoints.
• You’ve worked directly with founders, chefs, or creative leads — and know how to listen, interpret, and elevate a vision.
What You’ll Do:
• Create brand identities, menus, packaging, and communication systems for restaurants, cafes, cloud kitchens, and food startups.
• Design across multiple channels — including print, digital, in-store branding, decks, and campaigns.
• Develop guidelines and assets that maintain brand integrity as businesses grow.
• Be featured as a Paxika Design Partner — with visibility and referrals across our ecosystem.
What We're Looking For:
• A strong portfolio of real, shipped work in food, hospitality, or adjacent cultural sectors.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience — either independently or within a creative studio.
• Demonstrated ability to handle brand systems end-to-end, not just isolated design tasks.
• Comfort with both visual design and brand thinking: tone of voice, positioning, and creative direction.
• Only independent professionals, studios, or freelancers. No agencies or collectives, please.
• Global and remote collaborators welcome.
