What you’ll be doing:

• Owning the design lifecycle, from initial concepts and wireframes to high-fidelity prototypes and final delivery;
• Collaborating closely with product managers, engineers, and researchers to ensure designs meet user needs and business objectives;
• Partnering with user researchers to gather insights, validating solutions, and driving evidence-based design decisions;
• Developing and maintaining design systems, ensuring a cohesive and seamless product experience;
• Mentoring and supporting design team, providing feedback and fostering a culture of creativity and growth;
• Staying updated on emerging design trends and tools, applying them strategically to enhance our product suite.

What makes you a great candidate:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field;
• 7+ years in Product Design, with expertise in digital and mobile-first products;
• Proven experience in iGaming, sports betting, or related fields (sportsbook familiarity is a plus);
• Proficiency in Figma and Protopie; knowledge of UX data tools like Google Analytics is a bonus;
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams;
• A portfolio showcasing mobile-focused, user-centric designs is essential.
