Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO’s inbox to achieve "inbox zero" daily, drafting emails in their voice and ensuring follow-through on tasks and projects. 📧
Schedule meetings, manage the CEO’s calendar, and plan daily/weekly priorities using Asana.
Build and maintain systems (e.g., email templates, SOPs, Google Docs) to save time and boost efficiency.
Research and solve problems independently—like sourcing car repair quotes or booking travel—delivering clear recommendations.
Coordinate with team leads, take detailed notes, and turn discussions into actionable steps.
Support personal tasks (e.g., reservations, appointments) and business projects (e.g., podcast uploads, CRM follow-ups).

Qualifications

3+ years of Executive Assistant experience (non-negotiable).
Perfect written English and strong communication skills.
Mastery of Google Workspace, Asana (or similar tools), and email management.
Proven ability to build systems and stay hyper-organized under pressure.
Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) for research or drafting.
A proactive, resourceful mindset—someone who anticipates needs and gets things done without hand-holding.
Must provide your own laptop.
