The company provides coaching, courses, and training exclusively to attorneys, with growing demand for AI-powered practice transformation. Your Impact As Virtual Assistant & Marketing Specialist, you'll be far more than task support—you'll be a strategic growth partner. You'll take ownership of content creation, course development, marketing campaigns, and operations that directly fuel business growth. Success means transforming raw ideas into polished, professional deliverables that help attorneys nationwide discover and adopt AI tools. You'll gain deep expertise in legal tech, AI applications, and entrepreneurial business building while working directly with the founder.

What You'll Own

• Newsletter Curation & Design: Research, curate, and design weekly email newsletters in MailChimp featuring AI developments and legal tech stories relevant to solo/small firm attorneys (currently 4-8 hours weekly)
• Course Development & Management: Transform raw course content into visually compelling slide decks using Gamma and Canva, source professional images via Mid Journey, and manage course deployment on Thinkific platform including CLE certificate distribution
• Email & Calendar Management: Oversee all communications using Microsoft Teams and Outlook, ensuring zero items slip through cracks in a fast-paced environment
• Marketing Campaigns: Design and execute MailChimp campaigns for course launches, event promotions, and lead nurturing sequences with proper segmentation
• Event Coordination: Manage bi-weekly mastermind webinars including setup, speaker coordination, promotion, and attendee follow-up
• AI-Powered Content Creation: Use ChatGPT, Claude, and other AI tools to draft content, create presentations, and optimize workflows—then refine outputs to remove "AI tells" and maintain brand voice
• Social Media Expansion: Develop content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube using HeyGen for AI avatar videos and Canva for visual assets as the business scales
• Website & Tech Projects: Eventually oversee website redesign and ongoing updates, coordinating with contractors as needed

Required Qualifications

• Advanced AI enthusiast who actively uses multiple models (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) and stays current with AI developments—not just familiar, but genuinely passionate
• Fluent English with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Proven experience with Microsoft Teams and Outlook (recent, advanced usage required)
• Demonstrated design skills in Canva with portfolio of professional marketing materials
• Strong attention to detail with ability to maintain brand consistency across all deliverables
• 2-3+ years tenure at previous positions showing commitment and reliability
• Available for significant overlap during 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pacific Time (ideally starting 6:30-8:00 AM PT)
• Located in Latin America for time zone compatibility

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with MailChimp or similar email marketing platforms
• Familiarity with Thinkific, Teachable, or other online course platforms
• Background in legal industry, professional services, or course-based businesses
• Knowledge of AI image generation tools (Mid Journey, DALL-E, Firefly)
• Experience with Gamma or advanced presentation design tools
• Understanding of marketing funnels and lead generation strategies

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Starting at $12/hour USD with clear path to $20/hour as you prove indispensable and grow with the company. This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) with long-term growth potential.
