About Pavago

Pavago is seeking a Marketing Strategist to drive growth and monetization for our client’s marketing agency. This high-impact role requires a hands-on strategist skilled in scaling systems, optimizing funnels, and delivering measurable results. The ideal candidate is a data-driven growth marketer who understands short-form platforms and the creator economy, developing and executing marketing systems that boost traffic, conversions, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growth Strategy: Design and execute the marketing and monetization strategy for creator accounts, driving traffic and conversions from platforms like TikTok, X, Instagram, Reddit, and YouTube Shorts. Develop scalable systems to transform high-performing hooks into short-form videos. Continuously optimize funnels, bio link strategies, and conversion paths to maximize earnings per creator.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee performance marketing operations, including content scaling, audience segmentation, and multichannel distribution. Collaborate with editors, virtual assistants, and growth staff to ensure consistent content output and quality. Maintain platform health by managing Multilogin/proxy setups and preventing account bans or shadowbans.
  • Data & Optimization: Analyze traffic and conversion data daily to identify trends, high-performing content angles, and funnel bottlenecks. Implement tracking systems using UTM parameters, Google Analytics, Bitly/Switchy, and related analytics tools. Run experiments to improve CTRs, conversion rates, and subscriber retention across all funnels.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Creator Relationships to align marketing strategies with each creator’s niche and growth goals. Provide the team with creative direction, performance insights, and updated content briefs.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in growth marketing, e-commerce, affiliate, or performance marketing. Proven experience scaling short-form content systems across multiple platforms. Background in high-velocity or “grey hat” marketing environments is a plus.
  • Tech Proficiency: Strong command of Multilogin or GoLogin, proxy usage, and browser isolation for multi-account management. Experience with TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Reddit, X, and their respective algorithm dynamics. Familiarity with bio link platforms (Koji, Beacons, Linktree), tracking tools (Google Analytics, Bitly, Switchy), and content tools (CapCut, Descript).
  • Performance Skills: Deep understanding of funnel optimization, conversion metrics, and UTM tracking. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven marketing decisions. Creative problem-solver with a proactive and experimental approach to growth.
  • Communication & Independence: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to work autonomously, prioritize effectively, and deliver consistent results with minimal oversight.

A typical day blends strategy, creative scaling, and performance optimization, all behind the scenes with our internal team. You’ll start by reviewing previous-day analytics to identify winning content angles and conversion patterns. Then, you’ll refine campaign briefs and direct the team to scale out variations using the 10×10×10 system. Throughout the day, you’ll collaborate with the Head of Creator Relationships to guide creators’ niches and traffic strategies, manage proxy setups to prevent bans, and run experiments to boost conversion rates. Afternoons are spent optimizing funnels, testing bio link tools, and exploring new growth channels. This is a zero-fluff, high-performance role built for impact, speed, and systemized scale.
