  • Proactive Growth & Strategy: Identify collaboration opportunities such as co-hosting lives or cross-promotions. Monitor competitor activity and market trends for strategic insights. Suggest new ideas for visibility, lead generation, and client engagement. Maintain an organized content library by theme for easy repurposing.

Required Experience & Skills

  • Experience: Minimum 4 years of marketing coordination or similar role, ideally in a digital-first environment
  • Tech Proficiency: Proficient with Go High Level and comfortable navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Experience with Typeform or Jotform for surveys is a plus.
  • AI Expertise: Familiar with AI tools that enhance productivity and streamline marketing efforts.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional digital presence.
  • Initiative: Demonstrated ability to propose and implement creative marketing strategies independently.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

  • Strategic & Creative: You bring innovative ideas and problem-solving to the table.
  • Proactive & Self-Motivated: Comfortable working autonomously, taking initiative, and driving projects forward.
  • Collaborative: Thrive in a team environment while supporting leadership vision.
  • Cultural Fit: Respectful, open-minded, and aligned with diversity, equity, and inclusion values.
