• s.Screening & Digital Marketing Expertise Assessment: Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO strategies, content marketing, analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.), and conversion rate optimisation (CRO
• ).Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience: Manage the entire interview process, ensuring a seamless experience while coordinating with hiring managers and marketing lead
