In this role, you will play a crucial part in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top digital marketing professionals. Your expertise in recruitment, particularly in marketing roles, will help shape careers and drive success for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Sourcing & Outreach
- Proactively identify and attract top digital marketing professionals (SEO specialists, PPC managers, content strategists, social media marketers, email marketers, etc.)
- Use job boards, LinkedIn, marketing communities, and networking strategies to build a qualified talent pool
Job Posting & Employer Branding
- Craft compelling job descriptions tailored to digital marketing roles such as performance marketing, growth hacking, and content strategy
- Distribute postings on marketing-specific job boards and social platforms
Screening & Digital Marketing Expertise Assessment
- Conduct structured interviews to evaluate candidates’ knowledge in:
- Google Ads and Meta Ads
- SEO strategies
- Content marketing
- Analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.)
- Conversion rate optimization (CRO)
Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience
- Manage the entire interview process to ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
- Coordinate with hiring managers and marketing leads
Client Collaboration & Hiring Strategy
- Partner with hiring managers to understand marketing funnel objectives, campaign KPIs, target audiences, and technical requirements for each role
Candidate Presentation & Market Insights
- Provide data-driven recommendations on candidate suitability
- Highlight expertise in areas such as marketing automation, paid media management, audience segmentation, and growth strategies
Onboarding Support & Role Readiness
- Facilitate a smooth onboarding process
- Ensure clear alignment on expectations for campaign execution, analytics reporting, and tool adoption
Recruitment Technology & Data-Driven Hiring
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and AI-powered sourcing tools to build and manage a quality talent pipeline
Networking & Talent Pipeline Development
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with digital marketing professionals, growth strategists, and marketing analysts for ongoing and future hiring needs
Required Skills & Experience
Experience
- Proven track record in recruiting for digital marketing roles, including SEO Manager, Paid Media Specialist, Content Marketer, Growth Marketer, Performance Marketing Analyst, and Social Media Manager
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and campaign analytics
- Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
Technical Proficiency
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.) and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Meta Business Suite, and marketing automation software
- Proficiency in video conferencing tools for remote interviews
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple roles and adapt to shifting priorities
