Data Scientist – Azure & AI Visualization

Our client, a prominent organization in the public sector, is seeking a specialist to advance an AI-driven matching engine project. This role focuses on developing frontend interfaces and visualization tools to translate complex data into actionable insights for job seekers and administrative stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop user interfaces to present AI matching results and career path recommendations.
• Implement clear visualizations for matching explainability, detailing skill gaps and ranking criteria.
• Develop monitoring dashboards to track data quality, system performance, and usage metrics.
• Facilitate co-design workshops with technical and business stakeholders to ensure user alignment.
• Contribute to matching logic development, API contracts, and containerized application deployment.
• Provide ongoing maintenance, documentation, and evolution for deployed AI solutions.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience as a Data Scientist with a focus on end-to-end AI applications.
• Experience in frontend development and data restitution within Microsoft Azure environments.
• Technical proficiency with Azure AI Search and Microsoft Fabric.
• Programming experience with Python or R.
• Knowledge of API integration and containerized application environments.
• Background in creating dashboards and visualization tools for AI explainability.
• Proactive and solution-oriented approach to stakeholder collaboration.
• You are fluent in French or Dutch.

Nice to Haves

• Familiarity with CRM Dynamics integration.
• Experience with accessibility standards and multilingual interface development.
• Knowledge of English.
