Role Overview

Patriot Holdings International is seeking a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Specialist to build and lead our marketing function within the Facilities Management and MEP services space.

This role is responsible for ensuring the company’s brand, messaging, and campaigns reflect a deep understanding of the facilities, construction, and engineering environment. The goal is to position Patriot Holdings as a credible, knowledgeable partner—not a generic service provider.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy aligned with business growth targets
  • Own brand positioning to ensure messaging reflects industry expertise in facilities management and MEP
  • Plan and launch campaigns targeting property managers, facilities leaders, and operations decision-makers
  • Collaborate with sales (BDRs and Account Executives) to support pipeline generation and deal progression
  • Oversee content creation including case studies, service pages, email campaigns, and sales collateral
  • Manage digital channels (website, LinkedIn, email marketing, etc.)
  • Implement and optimize marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
  • Continuously refine messaging to improve lead quality and conversion rates

Key Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably in technical or industrial sectors
  • Ability to translate complex MEP/facilities concepts into clear, credible messaging
  • Strong understanding of lead generation and pipeline-driven marketing
  • Experience managing campaigns across digital channels
  • Analytical mindset with experience using marketing metrics and KPIs
  • Ability to manage and direct creative and technical resources

Preferred Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience in B2B marketing
  • Background in Facilities Management, construction, engineering, or related industries
  • Experience marketing to property management, real estate, or operations teams
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign)
  • Experience producing or overseeing technical content

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Marketing-qualified leads (MQLs) generated
  • Contribution to sales pipeline and revenue
  • Cost per lead and campaign ROI
  • Website traffic and conversion rates
  • Content engagement metrics
