Role Overview:
As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be responsible for driving brand awareness, increasing organic traffic, and improving engagement through SEO, content marketing, social media, and other non-paid marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities:
⢠Organic Growth Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive organic marketing strategy to enhance brand awareness and lead generation.
⢠SEO Management: Oversee on-page, off-page, and technical SEO to improve search rankings and increase organic traffic.
⢠Content Marketing: Lead content strategy, including blogs, articles, case studies, and website content, to drive engagement and authority.
⢠Social Media Marketing: Manage and grow brand presence across platforms using organic social media strategies to increase engagement.
⢠Analytics & Optimization: Monitor website traffic, user behavior, and engagement metrics to optimize organic marketing efforts.
⢠Influencer & Community Engagement: Build relationships with influencers, partners, and online communities to enhance organic reach.
⢠Collaboration: Work with designers, writers, and developers to create compelling digital experiences.
⢠Industry Trends: Stay updated with the latest SEO and organic marketing trends to keep the brand ahead of competitors.
Requirements:
⢠5-6 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on organic growth.
⢠Proven expertise in SEO, content marketing, and organic social media strategies.
⢠Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz), Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.
⢠Strong content strategy and storytelling skills.
⢠Hands-on experience in designing, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook.
⢠Proficiency in design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Figma, and other graphic editing software for creating high-quality marketing assets.
⢠Experience in audience engagement and organic community growth.
⢠Ability to work independently in a remote setup.
⢠Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
⢠Ability to work in the Pacific Time Zone (PT).
Preferred Qualifications
⢠Strong understanding of Google algorithm updates and their impact on SEO strategies.
⢠Familiarity with growth hacking techniques to boost organic traffic.
⢠Knowledge of marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot).
