Patexia platform has been in the market for a while, and we're expanding the team with Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to help refine our positioning and messaging, GTM strategy, and drive measurable marketing and sales results.

Your Mission
As a PMM, you’ll take full ownership of product positioning and messaging, plan and execute marketing, and work closely with Customer service, Sales, Product, Marketing, and C-level to drive growth.
Key Challenges:
- Prove product-market fit for Patexia Data Insights SaaS platform
- Develop and execute product GTM strategy
- Manage marketing, and own success KPIs
- Drive lead generation; learn from, and support sales and customer service
- Collaborate with Product to influence development and roadmap decisions
Your Environment:

What We’re Looking For:
- Hands-on product marketing experience – research, positioning, messaging, page prototyping, content creation, search / target / content / email / linkedin / ABM, A/B testing.
- Marketing management experience – content strategy, website and funnel development, and collaboration with Product & Dev teams.
- Experience in a product company or leading a product-centric initiative.
- Understanding user needs and feedback loops
- Understanding of backlog management & prioritization
- Project management skills – ability to execute and deliver both by yourself & project team
- Professional English (verbal & written C1+) is a basic requirement
- Can-do & Self-starter
- Combining creative growth hacking and structured execution
- Openness to understanding the US legal & IP niche
- US time zone availability (Pacific Time; GMT-8; flexible)
Will be a plus:
- Startup or small team experience; comfortable wearing multiple hats when needed
- Experience integrating marketing & sales processes
- Technical background – ability to work closely with developers and product teams
