We are looking for a Marketing Manager to support ongoing marketing and outreach initiatives across our products and service lines.

The Role

Full-time role with US PT working hours

This is a hands-on marketing role for someone who enjoys working across different initiatives and helping teams execute marketing and outreach efforts in a fast-moving environment.

You will work closely with leadership, sales, recruiting, and product teams to support campaigns, messaging, lead generation, and marketing operations.

You will:

• Support email campaigns, newsletters, and outbound marketing efforts

• Help manage and improve marketing workflows and communication

• Assist with lead generation and audience targeting initiatives

• Support content creation for campaigns, LinkedIn, webinars, and company updates

• Coordinate with internal teams to help improve messaging and marketing consistency

• Help monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement

• Support marketing efforts across multiple business units and products

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, growth marketing, product marketing, or related roles

• Strong written communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable managing multiple projects and moving priorities

• Ability to work independently and proactively

• Experience with email campaigns, outreach, or lead generation initiatives

• Comfortable working in startup or fast-changing environments

Nice to Have

• Experience in legal tech, SaaS, recruiting, or professional services

• Familiarity with B2B outbound or relationship-driven sales environments

• Experience with CRM, email marketing, or marketing automation tools

• Basic understanding of content marketing and campaign analytics
