As we scale across new regions and sectors, we’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Marketing Manager to build our marketing engine and drive real growth.
The Role
We’re seeking an experienced and versatile Marketing Manager (7+ years) based in India (remote) to lead PAteam’s marketing strategy, elevate our brand, and drive lead generation. You’ll work closely with leadership, sales, and delivery teams to define messaging, create campaigns, and generate momentum across channels. You’ll also collaborate directly with our SDR to align and execute outbound campaigns. This is a highly visible role with room to grow as we expand internationally.
What You’ll Do
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and own PAteam’s marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns (digital, content, events, ABM, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership on product positioning, messaging, and launches
Brand Awareness
- Elevate the PAteam brand across markets, ensuring consistency in voice and visual identity
- Drive visibility through PR, thought leadership, and content marketing
- Grow our digital presence through SEO, social media, and website management
Lead Generation & Sales Enablement
- Design and run lead generation campaigns with a focus on quality pipeline growth
- Work closely with sales and our SDR to build collateral, campaigns, and outreach assets
- Support the full funnel — from awareness to conversion
Analytics & Optimization
- Track performance metrics and campaign ROI
- Continuously test, learn, and refine marketing tactics
- Prepare regular reports for leadership with actionable insights
What You Bring
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing (tech or automation experience a plus)
- Proven success developing and executing end-to-end marketing plans
- Strong grasp of demand generation, content marketing, digital strategy, and brand building
- Analytical mindset — comfortable using data to drive decisions
- Self-starter with a collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills
- Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
