About the Role:
We are seeking a Manager, Software Engineering to lead a high performing development team delivering scalable, secure and reliable software solutions. This role blends people leadership with technical direction, balancing delivery accountability with team member growth and well-being. You will create an environment where engineers do their best work while ensuring we deliver impactful business outcomes.
