You'll Be The Designer Who

Turns complex workflows into smooth, confidence-building journeys

Requirements

• Your Starter Pack for Success

The Essentials You Already Rock

5+ years experience as a Product Designer on digital products

Strong UX fundamentals across flows, IA, interaction design, and usability

Experience partnering closely with Engineers to ship high-quality implementations

Comfortable shipping, learning, iterating, and improving post-launch

A solid portfolio showcasing real product work and strong interaction thinking

Bonus XP ?? That'll Make Us Smile:

Experience with Framer, Principle, ProtoPie, After Effects, Lottie, or similar

Designed for creator tools, SaaS platforms, or complex workflows

Familiarity with mobile-first or responsive product design

Experience contributing to or evolving design systems

Strong product instincts - you think in outcomes, not outputs

Startup or scale-up experience where ambiguity is part of the job

Have experience designing motion within product interfaces (not just marketing)
