About the Role
Parvis is building the future of private market investing, and marketing is at the center of that growth. We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who thrives on execution, curiosity, and measurable results.
This role is perfect for a marketer who wants to sharpen technical skills across paid media, automation, and analytics while contributing to a high-performing team. You’ll help scale digital campaigns, manage performance workflows, and build a marketing infrastructure that drives real business outcomes.
You’ll collaborate with the Director of Marketing, agency partners, and internal stakeholders to launch campaigns that convert, report insights that shape strategy, and build a system that gets smarter with every iteration.
Responsibilities
Growth and Campaign Management
- Plan and execute digital campaigns that drive investor acquisition and support issuer capital raises.
- Optimize funnels across paid media, landing pages, and email automation to improve lead quality and conversion.
- Manage HubSpot workflows, reporting, and segmentation to ensure precision targeting.
- Support webinars and live investor events with email campaigns, landing pages, and post-event follow-up.
Content and Brand Enablement
- Develop marketing assets, newsletters, and educational content that enhance investor confidence.
- Maintain offering pages, insight articles, and social channels to reflect live campaigns.
- Keep Parvis’s website and social channels updated with timely and accurate content.
- Collaborate with design and communications teams to produce campaign materials that support launches.
- Maintain alignment between creative storytelling and campaign performance data.
- Collaborate with compliance and design teams to ensure all materials are accurate, engaging, and on brand.
Automation and CRM
- Manage HubSpot workflows, segmentation, and lead scoring for marketing automation.
- Set up nurture sequences, newsletters, and trigger-based communications that improve engagement.
- Track email and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities.
Analytics and Reporting
- Monitor key metrics across paid, email, and website performance.
- Build regular reports in HubSpot, Google Analytics, and ad platforms.
- Provide insights that inform campaign adjustments and future strategy.
Collaboration and Growth
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate campaigns and ensure consistency across channels.
- Support event marketing, webinars, and educational initiatives that expand the Parvis brand.
- Learn continuously through experimentation, data analysis, and collaboration.
What you bring
- 5+ years of experience in a marketing execution role either at a fast-growing startup or agency setting
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM/email automation platform
- Strong writing and editing skills in English and French with a focus on clarity and action
- Comfortable managing lists, tagging contacts, and setting up automation logic
- Excellent attention to detail. You triple-check before sending
- Highly organized, responsive, and deadline-driven
- Collaborative mindset; you enjoy working closely with others to get things done
- Experience at an agency or a fast growth startup is a plus
- Familiarity with the investment or financial services space. You don’t need to be an expert, but understanding terms like “accredited investor,” “subscription agreement,” or “capital raise” is a plus
