Role Overview
Parvis is seeking a data-driven, detail-oriented and bilingual Marketing Manager to support the execution of digital campaigns, email campaigns, and content initiatives across web and social platforms. This role is ideal for someone with 3+ years of experience as an in-house marketer at a fast-growing start up or in an agency setting who is eager to build hands-on skills in campaign execution, HubSpot workflows, and content management. You’ll collaborate closely with our agencies, dealing representatives, and internal stakeholders to deliver effective, data-driven marketing programs.
This is a key role within the Marketing team, supporting investor growth, issuer success, and platform adoption at scale.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaigns
- Support strategy and coordination of digital campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
- Monitor performance dashboards and flag optimization opportunities to partnering agencies.
- Assist with A/B testing of creative, copy, and targeting to improve CPL and CTR.
- Help compile reports tracking KPIs (CTR, CPL, conversion rates).
SEO & Website Management
- Maintain website accuracy and publish insight articles and investment updates.
- Apply on-page SEO basics (headings, metadata, keywords).
- Track website traffic and engagement metrics to guide improvements.
Email Marketing
- Draft and schedule newsletters, investment launch emails, and nurturing communications.
- Optimize subject lines and copy for improved open and click-through rates.
- Track performance and prepare reports with insights for the team.
Social Media & Content
- Manage the social media calendar with agency partners.
- Draft and review social media copy for brand consistency and compliance.
- Report on social media engagement and growth.
Analytics & Reporting
- Compile reports across campaigns, email, and web.
- Share recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Maintain CRM accuracy for segmentation and reporting.
Event Marketing
- Provide marketing support for webinars and live investor events.
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing execution role either at a fast-growing startup or agency setting
- Proficiency in HubSpot or a similar CRM/email automation platform
- Strong writing and editing skills in English and French with a focus on clarity and action
- Comfortable managing lists, tagging contacts, and setting up automation logic
- Excellent attention to detail. You triple-check before sending
- Highly organized, responsive, and deadline-driven
- Collaborative mindset; you enjoy working closely with others to get things done
- Familiarity with the investment or financial services space. You don’t need to be an expert, but understanding terms like “accredited investor,” “subscription agreement,” or “capital raise” is a plus
Compensation & Perks
• Salary: $70k-$80k CAD
