Product Designer

What you will be doing:

• Work closely with product managers and engineers throughout the full product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch to deliver customer-centric solutions.

• Tackle complex design challenges, create intuitive experiences, and ensure design quality across products.

• Stay deeply aligned with user needs, goals, and pain points, leveraging research and data-driven insights.

• Explore creative solutions, validate assumptions through testing, and continuously improve user experience.

• Develop and evolve design artefacts (flows, wireframes, mockups), maintain UI kits, and uphold design standards.

• Contribute to improving design practices, tools, and collaboration methods for greater efficiency and scalability.

What our client is looking for:

• A relevant tertiary qualification would be beneficial.

• 4+ years in product design, ideally in a product company or B2B SaaS environment, with exposure to complex business processes or data-heavy workflows.

• Strong knowledge of design libraries, systems, and scalable UI principles.

• Advanced skills in components, auto-layout, and prototyping with variables. Proven track record of working closely with product managers and engineers throughout the entire product lifecycle.

• Experienced in uncovering customer needs, exploring solutions, and collaborating on implementation and testing.

• Ability to demonstrate design process, thinking, and measurable impact through portfolios, case studies, or storytelling.
