About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a data-driven, Agile Marketing team in the aerospace industry. PartsBase is run by data-driven, growth minded experts and is looking for a likeminded growth and optimization expert to support the existing and new initiatives underway. Digital Marketing Growth Project Manager will support the marketing team by providing organizational support and efficiency of projects for the marketing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of marketing technology and the Agile Marketing approach to project management. The ideal candidate will thrive with many projects underway simultaneously and will find new, innovative ways to automate processes and tasks or find new tools (including AI) to support and accelerate the marketing function. Additionally, the candidate will weigh in on testing and optimization opportunities to improve creative messaging, design, and targeting to generate incremental growth (and revenue opportunities). Any recommendations will be grounded in data, analytics, and customer insight.
