About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a data-driven, Agile Marketing team in the aerospace industry. PartsBase is run by data-driven, growth minded experts and is looking for a likeminded growth and optimization expert to support the existing and new initiatives underway. Digital Marketing Growth Project Manager will support the marketing team by providing organizational support and efficiency of projects for the marketing team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of marketing technology and the Agile Marketing approach to project management. The ideal candidate will thrive with many projects underway simultaneously and will find new, innovative ways to automate processes and tasks or find new tools (including AI) to support and accelerate the marketing function. Additionally, the candidate will weigh in on testing and optimization opportunities to improve creative messaging, design, and targeting to generate incremental growth (and revenue opportunities). Any recommendations will be grounded in data, analytics, and customer insight.

Responsibilities:

  • Maximize ROI on Marketing investments by increasing inbound lead generation and conversion.
  • Supporting analytics and technical marketing projects around automation, customer segmentation, A/B testing and optimization, and growth opportunities (LinkedIn, email, etc.)
  • Providing the structure and persistence around Agile Marketing Best Practices to improve efficiency and results for the team
  • Generating new insights and analysis on digital growth opportunities across digital channels and sales teams
  • Gathering project requirements from stakeholders and supporting the develop of creative briefs
  • Organizing user stories to prioritize customer requests
  • Conducting marketing campaign reviews and gathering customer feedback
  • Setting up A/B Tests with hypotheses, KPIs, and desired testing flows
  • Keeping track of project timelines and budgets
  • Assigning tasks to team members and managing deadlines from various stakeholders
  • Improving processes and approaches in line with Agile Marketing to maximize revenue and productivity
  • Planning, scheduling, and executing new marketing campaigns and projects
  • Codifying marketing workflows to increase team efficiency
  • Enhancing collaboration between cross-functional teams and marketing team members
  • Hiring and/or developing Marketing talent according to organizational needs
  • Ensuring resources are well allocated for successful project delivery
  • Developing and implementing change management in digital marketing projects

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, Computer Science, Psychology or relevant field

Required Skills:

  • Digital Agency experience preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a digital project manager or similar role
  • Experience with project management software such as ClickUp and Asana
  • Good understanding of Agile Project Management, content management systems, CRMs, Google Analytics, email tools and SEO (SEMRush)
  • Familiar with HTML and CSS
  • Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel)
  • Leadership skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Highly organized
  • Certified Scrum Master (ideal)
  • HubSpot certified (ideal)
