Our association partnerships are a major part of our business. The marketing team works directly with association contacts to help promote these programs and increase member participation through marketing campaigns, member communications, and ongoing support.
About the Role
We’re looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Program Specialist to support the day-to-day management and marketing of assigned association programs.
This role combines:
- association relationship management
- marketing coordination
- content creation
- campaign execution
- and departmental marketing support
You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of association partners, helping them successfully promote PartnerShip to their members. You’ll regularly communicate with association contacts, coordinate marketing campaigns, answer program-related questions, and help keep initiatives moving forward.
You’ll also support the broader marketing team through blog writing, email marketing, content creation, and marketing operations tasks.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys both relationship-building and executional marketing work.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Association Partner Support
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned association partners, providing reporting and answering questions
- Meet with association partners over Zoom and help them promote PartnerShip to their members through coordinated marketing efforts
- Present shipping program information to members during webinars or virtual meetings
- Respond to questions from association members regarding PartnerShip programs and services
Content Creation
- Write promotional email and newsletter content for association partners to use in member communications
- Create flyers, presentations, and other marketing materials using Canva
- Work with graphic designers and print vendors to coordinate the production of marketing materials
- Write educational articles for the website using SEO best practices
- Build marketing emails using drag-and-drop email tools
Marketing Operations
- Manage the inventory of promotional items and coordinate their distribution
- Order business cards, branded apparel, and other marketing materials for staff
- Assist with maintaining accurate customer data in our CRM system

- Comfortable speaking and presenting in virtual meetings or webinars
- Comfortable learning new marketing tools and technology
- Creative, but also highly organized and process-oriented
- Willing to jump in and help wherever needed
The background that’s needed for this role includes:
- 3+ years of relevant experience in a B2B marketing role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Knowledge of SEO best practices for creating blog content
- Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems
- Experience using Canva or similar design tools preferred
