PartnerShip is a respected shipping and third-party logistics (3PL) provider seeking a talented Marketing Program Manager to join our team. We simplify shipping for thousands of businesses daily, and we’re looking for someone who can help us grow by running effective digital campaigns, creating optimized content, and supporting our association partners.
What’s the opportunity?
We’re looking for a driven Marketing Program Manager to lead impactful lead generation campaigns while fostering strong, collaborative relationships with our association partners to drive program growth. This role will also involve building and optimizing landing pages, assisting with Google Ads campaigns, and supporting our association partners with the marketing resources they need to grow their programs.
Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
- Run lead generation campaigns: Develop and execute strategies using digital channels like email, Google Ads, SEO, and landing pages to attract new leads.
- Write optimized content: Craft blog posts that are optimized for search engines to increase visibility and organic traffic.
- Create and optimize landing pages: Design high-performing landing pages that convert traffic into leads.
- Assist with Google Ads campaigns: Work with the team to create, monitor, and optimize Google Ads campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Support association partners: Build strong relationships with our association partners by providing them with marketing content and resources to help grow their shipping programs.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, lead generation, or content creation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, and landing page optimization.
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
- A data-driven mindset and a passion for achieving results.
