Product Designer

Partipost is an influencer marketing platform that connects brands with influencers of all sizes across Asia. Founded in Singapore, it has expanded to eight markets, including Malaysia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and the Philippines. The platform allows anyone with a social media presence to join campaigns, democratizing influencer marketing.

Summary of the role:

We’re looking for a talented and user-obsessed Product Designer to join our product team. This is a high-impact role reporting directly to the CEO, where you’ll work closely with leadership to shape the future of our platform. You’ll be responsible for designing intuitive, scalable, and beautiful user experiences across both web and mobile — from campaign tools for brands to mobile apps for creators.

What you will do?

• Design thoughtful, user-centered product experiences from concept to execution
• Lead end-to-end design workflows: research, wireframes, visual design, prototyping, testing
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams across the region
• Use design to simplify complex user problems and make scalable solutions
• Maintain and evolve our design system and visual consistency across products
• Run user testing and feedback loops to ensure usability and delight
• Work directly with the CEO to shape product direction and strategic priorities

What We’re Looking For?

• 3+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality, real-world product design work
• Proficiency in Figma and other design/prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of user experience, visual hierarchy, and responsive/mobile design
• Self-driven, curious, and able to operate in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Bonus: Experience designing for influencer platforms, marketplaces, or SaaS tools.
