We're looking for a UX/UI Designer who thinks in conversions. This role is for a creative executor — someone who designs web experiences that perform at scale, reads what's working, and designs the next iteration before anyone asks. A web design portfolio is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Design web pages for web and mobile optimized for A/B testing purposes
- Design assets for landing pages and product pages across multiple brands
- Create unique popup web designs that convert without disrupting the user experience
- Design multiple page variations for testing and optimization at scale
- Run competitor analysis and feed insights back into web design and UX decisions
- Produce AI-powered assets using Higgsfield, Google Flow, Nano Banana, and Flux engines — refined into conversion-ready designs
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of UX/UI design experience
- E-commerce web design experience — must
- WordPress + WooCommerce experience — must
- CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) experience — huge advantage
- Claude.ai proficiency — huge advantage
- Beauty brand experience — strong advantage
- Figma + Adobe Creative Suite — non-negotiable
- Strong understanding of web design principles, responsive design, and mobile-first thinking
- Hands-on AI creative workflow experience — mandatory
