Job Overview

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Senior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team remotely. The ideal candidate will have a passion for visual storytelling, a deep understanding of current cultural trends, and the ability to bring ideas to life across various media formats. This role involves client interaction, mentoring junior designers, and independently overseeing project cycles from concept to production.

Responsibilities

Design Execution:

• Produce illustrative material
• Layout design concepts
• Direct the development of design concepts into final art layouts.
• Ensure high standards of visual execution across all media and campaigns.

Project Management:

• Oversee entire project cycles independently, from conceptualization to production.
• Maintain art department work standards by adhering to production, quality and productivity standards.
• Resolve operational problems and identify work process improvements.

Team Collaboration and Training:

• Train junior designers once a week, providing guidance and mentorship to help them grow.
• Collaborate positively with team members and other stakeholders to participate in pitches and creative brainstorming sessions.

Client Interaction:

• Engage directly with clients to understand their needs, communicate ideas effectively, and ensure satisfaction with the final product.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating versatility and creativity.
• Proficiency in digital, social, static, deck design, and (ideally) animation and 3D graphics.
• Competence in bringing ideas to life visually and ensuring high-quality execution.
• Strong communication skills to convey ideas, concepts, and design directions effectively.
