The Portfolio Marketing Manager is responsible for driving occupancy and revenue performance by spearheading data-driven marketing initiatives. Our growing multifamily portfolio spans four states and is comprised of 3,500+ units. This role works closely with regional leadership, on-site leasing teams, and ownership to ensure consistent branding and measurable results. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on and has a passion for multifamily marketing. Knowledge of digital tools and strong cross-functional communication skills are a must.

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of multifamily experience, at least three dedicated to marketing.
Yardi experience (ie, RentCafe, Elevate, CRM, etc.) preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, WordPress, Photoshop and the capacity to learn and embrace new software systems.
Strong communication and project management skills — able to prioritize and pivot across multiple sites and timelines.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or the equivalent preferred.
Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.)
Limited travel required.
