About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to support the Director – AI Transformation on Swyft, one of Paritii’s flagship AI-powered products serving the social impact sector.

This role is ideal for someone who combines deep product management experience with a passion for technology that drives equity, sustainability, and community empowerment. You'll work closely with engineers, designers, researchers, and domain experts to deliver a best-in-class platform that accelerates impact-driven innovation globally.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Roadmapping: Work with the Director to define and refine Swyft’s product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization aligned with user needs and social impact goals.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Lead day-to-day communication and coordination between engineering, design, content, and data teams to ensure efficient execution and delivery.
• User Discovery & Insights: Drive qualitative and quantitative research with end users—including nonprofits, social enterprises, and funders—to continuously improve the product.
• Product Development Lifecycle: Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring delivery is on time, within scope, and aligned to product vision.
• Metrics & Impact Tracking: Define KPIs and success metrics. Monitor usage data, user feedback, and platform performance to inform iteration cycles.
• Documentation & Communication: Maintain product documentation, update stakeholders, and clearly communicate priorities and trade-offs.
• Quality & Scalability: Ensure technical feasibility, usability, and scalability of features in collaboration with engineering and data science teams.

Who You Are

• Experienced Product Manager: You’ve built and shipped multiple digital products, ideally in SaaS, edtech, civic tech, or the social impact space.
• Social Impact-Oriented: You have a deep understanding of the needs and constraints of mission-driven organizations, and you're committed to building ethical, equitable technology.
• Tech-Savvy & Curious: You’re comfortable working with engineers, data scientists, and designers and can bridge business needs with technical execution.
• Strategic & Tactical: You can zoom out to align with company vision and zoom in to manage detailed execution.
• Excellent Communicator: You can clearly articulate priorities, inspire teams, and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Collaborative & Empathetic: You thrive in cross-functional, purpose-driven environments and understand the importance of context, social justice, responsible AI, and co-design.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management roles, preferably with experience in early-stage and growth-stage products.
• Demonstrated experience in building products for mission-driven, nonprofit, or public sector clients.  EdTech experience would be highly desirable.
• Prior experience with AI- or data-powered tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with human-centered design and inclusive research methods.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with product analytics and user testing frameworks.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in business, design, public policy, or a technical field is a plus.
