About The Role
We are seeking a hands-on Growth Marketer to design and execute outbound campaigns targeting senior IT decision makers at mid-market companies. The role requires full ownership of execution — from targeting and sequences to content creation, campaign management, and performance reporting.

What You’ll Do
Outbound Campaigns
Build and maintain targeted account lists (Apollo, Clay, ZoomInfo).
Create and run LinkedIn outreach sequences targeting CIOs and IT leaders.
Write and manage cold email sequences (Instantly, Apollo, etc.).
Implement direct mail tactics or creative outreach to secure meetings.
Content & Campaign Assets
Produce practical, high-value assets (playbooks, guides, checklists) for outreach and nurturing.
Leverage personalized formats (short videos, one-pagers, briefs) tied to CIO pain points.
ABM & Retargeting
Use website deanonymization tools (Rb2B, Vector, Clearbit Reveal) to identify anonymous visitors and trigger follow-ups.
Run smart retargeting campaigns for ICPs visiting solution, pricing, or integration pages.
Optimization & Reporting
Track KPIs, attribution, and pipeline impact.
Continuously test, iterate, and optimize campaigns based on booked meetings and engagement.
