Marketing is a key function to continue and scale our very successful growth strategy, promoting the value of Decision Intelligence to more customers in the DACH region - and as a next step in other markets. Our success will rely on your ability to deliver high-quality vertical and thought leadership content and activities to the right people at the right time on the right channels.

We are therefore looking to hire an energetic, strategic, can-do attitude individual to join our marketing team with experience in a B2B Startup and a background in content marketing.

Tasks

As a Marketing Manager at paretos, you are the driving force behind our brand presence and customer engagement. You will craft and execute impactful marketing strategies, ensuring our message resonates across audiences and channels. With your creativity, strategic mindset, and passion for growth, you will empower our teams, align efforts across functions, and help us scale sustainably while inspiring our customers and community.

Your main tasks will include:

  • Creating and executing audience-focused marketing content such as blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email campaigns, and social media.

  • Turning complex product features and customer insights into clear and compelling stories and value propositions.

  • Shaping and evolving our content and growth strategy, including SEO optimization, editorial planning, and acquisition/retention initiatives.

  • Setting up and managing performance marketing campaigns (e.g., LinkedIn) to drive measurable impact.

  • Collaborating closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align marketing activities with business and customer needs.

  • Developing and maintaining product messaging, value propositions, battlecards, and sales enablement materials.

  • Monitoring and analyzing key marketing metrics, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

  • And many more growth/marketing topics such as exclusive events, conferences, and other growth inititiaves

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in Product Marketing, Content Marketing, and/or Copywriting, ideally within a Tech / B2B SaaS or software environment

  • Strong copywriting skills, with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, engaging, and impactful messaging

  • Proven storytelling talent, turning customer experiences and product features into compelling marketing narratives

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working closely across Product, Sales, and Customer Success

  • Hands-on, pragmatic, and results-driven, with a strong drive to implement and continuously optimize marketing initiatives

  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken; able to produce professional content in both languages
