Description
ParentPay Group is seeking an experienced and proactive Web Marketing Manager to own, manage, and optimise our websites across the organisation. This role is pivotal in ensuring the website remains a high-performing, pixel-perfect, and user-centric platform, supporting both ongoing campaigns and long-term business objectives.
The ideal candidate will combine strategic insight with hands-on execution, taking full ownership of website performance, UX/UI, SEO, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO). You will work collaboratively with external web design and development agencies while maintaining end-to-end control and accountability for the website, balancing operational maintenance with innovative improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Website ownership & performance
- Take full ownership of ParentPay Group’s websites, ensuring they are always up-to-date, high-performing, and aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Maintain pixel-perfect web design, a consistent user experience, and high standards of UX/UI across all pages.
- Act as the subject matter expert on web design, UX/UI, SEO, and CRO, providing guidance and best-practice recommendations to internal teams and external agencies.
Hands-on CMS administration & management
- Using existing custom-built WordPress themes and CMS functionality, continuously improve website design, journeys and performance.
- Implement CRO and website optimisation initiatives with speed and agility, balancing day-to-day operations with campaign-driven requirements.
- Draft clear scope-of-work documents and manage relationships with external agencies, including web developers, designers, and DevOps teams
SEO, analytics & optimisation
- Monitor website performance, traffic, and conversion metrics using analytics platforms, tag managers, and web optimisation tools
- Implement SEO best practices, technical SEO improvements, and content optimisations to enhance search visibility.
- Continuously test, refine, and optimise website pages, user journeys, and conversion paths to maximise engagement and lead generation.
Project management
- Plan and deliver website-related projects in collaboration with internal teams and external agencies.
- Manage website-related deliverables for marketing campaigns, CRO initiatives, and other digital projects with speed, efficiency, and high standards.
- Maintain a structured and sustainable development roadmap for the website, ensuring long-term scalability and performance.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Proven expertise in website management, UX/UI, SEO, Web analytics, and CRO, with hands-on experience maintaining high-performing websites. A website portfolio will be requested as part of the application process.
- Strong technical skills, including HTML, CSS, Figma, Wordpress, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMRush, and other web optimisation tools.
- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Computer Science, or a related field, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Exceptional eye for web design and user experience; understands what constitutes a high-quality, intuitive, and engaging website.
- Experienced in drafting scopes of work, sourcing and managing agencies, and collaborating with technical and marketing stakeholders.
- Agile and proactive – thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments with multiple competing priorities.
- Detail-oriented and organised – delivers high-quality, error-free work while managing multiple priorities and deadlines efficiently.
- Strong communicator – influential and able to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders while speaking the language of developers and designers.

- Advanced Excel proficiency – including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and data analysis.
- Confident presenter with strong PowerPoint skills to effectively visualise ideas.
