Position Overview
We’re looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of marketing, sales, and data. You’ll be responsible for designing and executing scalable (and targeted) campaigns and workflows that attract, convert, and accelerate the right leads through the buyer journey. You’ll be part strategist, part operator - working across tools and teams to drive measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Pipeline and Funnel Growth
- Refine and optimize campaigns that drive top-of-funnel lead gen and mid-funnel conversion
- Design multi-touch outreach workflows and automated nurture sequences
- Align with Sales to ensure continuity in messaging and hand-off processes
- Creatively identify new ways to engage B2B buyers
- Identify and troubleshoot bottlenecks to make workflows more efficient
- Sales Enablement and Persona Strategy
- Refine buyer personas and their patterns, behaviors, and needs
- Develop persona-specific messaging matrices, CTAs, and content needs for each stage of the funnel
- Own cold emailing campaigns to engage new buyers and funnel engagement
- Work alongside the team to run A/B tests on messaging, channels, CTA, content, etc to improve engagement and drive top-of-funnel KPIs (quotes, demos, discovery calls, etc)
- Use insights and sales feedback to iterate quickly
- Own workflow and sequence automation, CRM workflows, and lead attribution
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, content marketing or sales enablement (B2B preferred)
- Must be HubSpot proficient
- Experienced with cold emailing and email marketing and automations
- Proven experience building scalable marketing and sales workflows
- Experience with segmentation, funnels, A/B testing and persona personalization
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make quick adjustments
- Deep understanding of the B2B buyer journey including patterns, behaviors and needs
- Start-up or high growth environment background a plus
- Previous work in famtech, wellness, insurance, HR, is a plus
