Parcel Perform, an innovative leader in the B2B E-Commerce Logistic Tech industry, is seeking a dynamic Senior Field Marketing Executive to join our expanding global team! Our go-to-market success is driven by our marketing strategies, and you will play a pivotal role in shaping our future.
As a Senior Field Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for spearheading our marketing efforts in the US. This includes understanding our target markets, fostering collaboration between sales and marketing, analyzing competitors, developing valuable assets, organizing events, and executing regional campaigns. Your expertise will directly contribute to our brand's growth and market penetration.
This is a remote role based in the US (ideally in Austin or Chicago), reporting to our VP Marketing.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
1) Live Events/Webinars/Executive Dinners:
- Plan and execute regional live events, webinars, and executive dinners to engage with prospects, customers, and partners.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, speaker outreach, and attendee registration.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful event execution.
2) TOFU Marketing Campaigns
- Develop regional Top-of-Funnel lead-generation campaigns in collaboration with the sales team, our go-to-market partners and global marketing
- Execute, monitor, and improve campaigns to maximize ROI
3) Regional Market Research & Competitive Insights collection:
- Conduct market research to understand regional trends, customer preferences, and market dynamics.
- Gather and analyze data to identify market opportunities and challenges.
- Regularly conduct competitive insights research to inform marketing & sales strategies.
4) Regionalized Assets & Email Campaigns
- Collaborate with the content marketing team in Singapore and Vietnam to create and/or customize region-specific marketing collaterals, including one-pagers, case studies, and slide decks.
- Develop and execute regional email campaigns, support partner and event marketing campaigns
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize strategies for better results.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience of 2-4 years in marketing, with a focus on global marketing and strategy. We encourage individuals with greater experience to consider applying.
- Competency in business software such as Google Suite and CRM tools such as Hubspot.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with market research tools and methodologies.
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and collaborate with stakeholders.
