Paramount Students, an innovative platform dedicated to simplifying the pursuit of higher education for students worldwide, is seeking an Acquisition Manage to drive user acquisition and optimize the onboarding funnel to maximize early-stage app engagement. Key responsibilities include planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns across paid social, influencer partnerships, referrals, app store strategies, and campus activations. The position requires identifying high-value user segments and tailoring creative strategies accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
· Own acquisition funnel performance from download through to onboarding and early-stage app activity.
· Plan, launch, and optimise multi-channel campaigns (paid social, influencer, referral, app store, campus marketing).
· Identify high-performing user segments and tailor creative accordingly.
· Work closely with product and design teams to test onboarding flows, app store content, and growth loops.
· Analyse campaign and channel data to inform future strategies and increase conversion efficiency.
· Monitor CPA, CAC, ROAS and install-to-activation metrics across all campaigns.
· Coordinate with our brand, CRM, and content teams to ensure acquisition campaigns drive long-term retention and value.
What We’re Looking For
· A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field
· 5+ years in acquisition or performance marketing for a consumer app
· Proven success driving app installs and usage conversion across mobile-first channels.
· Strong understanding of channel performance metrics and mobile analytics
· Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google UAC, TikTok Ads, and influencer acquisition funnels.
· Analytical thinker with strong creative instincts—you know what performs and how to test it.
· A fast-moving, test-and-learn mindset with startup or early-stage growth experience.
