Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Designer who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments. You’ll work closely with founders, startups, and our internal team to design intuitive, scalable, and visually compelling digital experiences. This role is ideal for someone who can move fast, take ownership of projects, and execute with both speed and precision.

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process for digital products, from research to final implementation.

• Work directly with founders and teams to translate complex ideas into intuitive user experiences.

• Develop wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.

• Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless handoff and execution of design concepts.

• Refine and iterate on designs based on user feedback and business needs.

• Maintain and evolve design systems for consistency across products.

• Work across multiple projects at once, balancing speed with high-quality execution.

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related fields.

• Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work (web & mobile).

• Proficiency in Figma (a must), along with Adobe Creative Suite and other design tools.

• Understanding of UX best practices, usability principles, and accessibility standards.

• Ability to take ownership and drive projects forward independently.

• Experience working with developers to ship real products.

• Strong communication skills – you can clearly articulate design decisions.

• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, startup environment with multiple stakeholders.

Bonus Points

• Experience working in SaaS, marketplaces, or B2B products.

• Familiarity with frontend development (HTML, CSS, React).

• Experience designing for AI-powered or data-driven products.

• Background in branding or visual design.
