The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing genius digital marketing strategist and film distributor—someone who’s equal parts tactician and taste-maker. Someone who gets the traditional channels but isn’t bound by them. You’ll work across creative, strategy, and production to craft campaigns that travel—across platforms, publics, and partners—and help build the bridge between what we make and where it lives.
This role works alongside some of the brightest, most successful minds across film, tech, media, venture, and brand. While we're prioritizing candidates with strong experience in film and entertainment distribution, we’re always expanding our constellation—and welcome applications from curious strategists with crossover DNA.
What You’ll Do
Design smart, scalable distribution strategies for film and IP (festival, theatrical, VOD, and beyond)
Develop digital-first marketing campaigns that move across social, email, and earned media
Build layered audience journeys that extend the life of the project, not just its launch
Spot cross-platform openings for world expansion, community activation, and cultural relevance
Sync with our team to ensure every campaign reflects the creative—not just sells it
Align marketing approaches with Radish’s equity-focused, brand-integrated IP models
Track performance, adapt in real time, and optimize for both buzz and longevity
What You Bring
Experience in film distribution (festivals, VOD, theatrical windows, and the in-between)
A sharp digital marketing brain and an instinct for what catches on
Real understanding of audience development, growth loops, and niche-to-mainstream pathways
A background in brand, entertainment, and/or new media
Comfort navigating hybrid monetization models and new ownership structures
Deep collaborative energy—able to play in the sandbox with creatives, not over them
