The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Sr. Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and accelerate our growth in the Commercial segment within the West Region of North America. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Marketing, North America, this is a hands-on role where you'll own the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, programs & events that drive net new customer pipeline and bookings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for B2B marketing, strong project management skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with marketing, sales teams, and partners to achieve revenue goals.
What You Need to Succeed
Primary Responsibilities:
Drive net new customer pipeline and bookings through strategic campaign execution and program management
Execute and manage planned programs and initiatives, including:
Plan, promote, and execute webinars from concept through post-event follow-up
Coordinate and manage in-person events, including conferences, trade shows, Pantheon-hosted events and other field marketing initiatives
Collaborate with digital team members or agencies to execute digital campaigns across multiple channels
Influence content strategy for the Commercial segment, and take a multi-channel approach to promotion of new content assets
Create some content assets, such as webinar decks, verticalized versions of content assets, etc.
Manage one-time and ongoing email campaigns
Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies for targeted accounts
Work with media groups and associations to market to their member groups
Work closely with Account Executives (AEs), and channel partners on in-territory initiatives to maximize impact and drive pipeline
Report on program and campaign performance, providing detailed analysis of overall funnel metrics
Make data-driven recommendations on go-to-market (GTM) strategies for the commercial segment on campaign insights and market trends
Manage program-level budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources across programs
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product marketing, content, and sales enablement to ensure aligned messaging and execution
Serve as company representative at events, conducting product demonstrations, engaging prospects, and capturing qualified leads for sales follow-up
