Senior Software Engineer - GenAI

We're looking for a Full Stack Developer with GenAI application experience who thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments and wants to work on building the future of enterprise productivity using Generative AI. Key responsibilities:

• Be present everywhere by working across the stack – React (TypeScript), Python (FastAPI), and cloud infrastructure – to design and deliver intelligent AI workflows, tools, and interfaces.
• Collaborate deeply with product and design to convert high-level problem statements into iterative GenAI-powered experiences that are usable, scalable, and valuable.
• Contribute to our GenAI systems by integrating with LLMs (OpenAI, open-source, or custom models), and/or other popular tools that could bring value to the end users.
• Set up scalable infrastructure: Own the CI/CD, monitoring, and cloud infrastructure (Azure preferred) to ensure fast and reliable delivery of AI-powered features.
• Validate ideas quickly by prototyping and shipping fast. We have a strong bias for execution.
• Establish and evolve best practices for building with GenAI. Think of areas like prompt design, evaluation, fallback logic, latency management, model selection, etc.

We are looking for:

• 3-7 years of full-stack experience: Workload across the stack can be estimated as follows: 25% React with Typescript, 25% CI/CD (Azure preferred), 50% Python (FastAPI preferred)
• Hands-on experience with GenAI: Working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude, etc.), prompt chaining, and knowledge of tools like LangChain, Agents SDK, or similar. (Demonstrated curiosity and projects count.)
• Cloud-native mindset: Experience with CI/CD pipelines, IaC, and deploying scalable applications in the cloud (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Security-aware engineering: Experience securing APIs and managing user authentication and authorization in distributed systems.
• Startup DNA: You move fast, take ownership, and iterate in short cycles. You’re comfortable with ambiguity and energized by solving hard problems.
