* AI Solution Development (Motion Capture & MTM):
Lead the end-to-end development of an AI-driven motion capture solution based on Methods-Time Measurement (MTM) principles
Design and implement computer vision models to track and analyze hand and body movements from production videos
Develop algorithms to calculate Actual Time and derive Standard Time using motion-based data
Build and optimize machine learning models to classify motion patterns and detect inefficiencies
Develop and maintain a standardized Pandora Motion Library Code, translating motion patterns into reusable MTM-based codes for analysis, benchmarking, and scalability
Ensure the solution is scalable and adaptable to both existing products and new product designs with increasing complexity
Data Management & Processing
Transform unstructured data (video, images, manual time study) into structured datasets for analysis
Develop feature engineering pipelines to convert motion data (e.g., coordinates, velocity, trajectory) into model-ready inputs
Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across multiple systems
Continuously monitor data drift and model input quality to maintain performance across new products and increasing complexity
Vendor & Co-Development Management
Co-develop AI solutions with external vendors/partners, including defining requirements and reviewing deliverables
Act as the main technical counterpart to outsourced teams to ensure solution quality and scalability
Ensure knowledge transfer and long-term maintainability of the developed system
Monitor vendor performance to ensure timelines and expected outcomes are achieved
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Build and maintain strong relationships with key non-technical standard time stakeholders (e.g. Plant level PEx, Production, PD, etc.) to understand business needs
Translate complex AI outputs and facilitate effective communication channels across teams to ensure timely and accurate information flow, enabling informed decision-making
Drive alignment between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful adoption
Influence and guide cross-functional discussions to align on standard time processes, challenge assumptions, and promote best practices.
Process Improvement & Business Impact
Analyze movement patterns to identify best practices and improve operational efficiency
Identify opportunities to reduce cycle time and minimize rework
Deliver data-driven recommendations to enhance production performance
Ensure applicability of insights across diverse product types and future design iterations
Performance Measurement & Governance
Define KPIs and success metrics (e.g., efficiency improvement, time reduction, rework reduction)
Track and evaluate the performance and impact of the AI solution
Ensure compliance with data governance and company standards
Business–Technical Bridge
Lead business requirement analysis by translating complex business pain points into actionable data and AI strategies, driving alignment between business objectives and technical solutions.
Influence stakeholder communication by clarifying IT and Data Science concepts for business teams, guiding informed decision-making, and challenging assumptions when needed.
Evaluate and translate AI/DS use cases, assessing feasibility, impact, and applicability across business contexts to support strategic initiatives.

Technology Utilization:

AI Adoption & Implementation
Support change management by facilitating the integration of AI solutions into existing business processes and workflows. Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives by executing AI and Data Science prototypes, demonstrating tangible business value, and informing strategic decisions.
Design comprehensive test scenarios and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT), gathering actionable feedback to refine AI solutions for business adoption.
Champion change management efforts, driving the integration of AI solutions into existing business workflows while ensuring alignment, compliance, and operational efficiency.

You will be warmly greeted with over 13,000 craftspeople who are excellent at crafting and supplying the world’s largest jewellery brand with our craftsmanship. You will be part of a team of Standard Time & Industrialization Data Governance and report to the Senior Manager, Standard Time & Industrialization Data Governance.
