🧠 What You Will Be Doing

As a Senior Client Marketing Strategist, you will lead strategy and relationships for a portfolio of fitness clients. You will shape campaigns from idea to execution, brainstorming offers and angles, briefing creative assets, reviewing performance data, and ensuring clients get the results they pay for.

You will work closely with our Paid Social Strategists who manage the ads and our creative team who design and write them. Your role is to keep everything aligned: client goals to marketing strategy to campaign performance.

You will:

• Lead client strategy calls and translate business goals into clear, actionable marketing plans.

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop offers, hooks, ad scripts, and visuals that drive engagement.

• Partner with Paid Social Strategists to ensure campaigns hit lead and booking targets.

• Review campaign results and provide clients with insights by explaining what works, what does not, and what is next.

• Maintain strong, trusting client relationships through proactive communication and problem solving.

• Spot opportunities for clients to grow or expand services. 🚀

✅ Role Requirements

• 2 to 4 years experience in marketing, client strategy, or account management.

• Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals like paid social, funnels, offers, and landing pages.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Comfort working cross functionally with creative and media teams.

• Fitness or health industry experience is a bonus.

• Available during US business hours in EST or PST. ⏰
