About The Role:
This role will be a part of the Go-to-Market team and partner with the Head of GTM & Growth Marketing, who will be hyper-focused on creating multichannel, member and partner-facing comms and experiences. The team is composed of strategic thinkers and masterful doers in order to serve the best experience for Umi customers and this role is critical to driving business results from acquisition through engagement and retention.
The ideal candidate is a creative, digital-savvy, strategic problem solver with a proven track record of working within an ambiguous environment to execute successful, full-funnel journeys for members and partners, informed by data, capabilities, and business goals and needs. You will own and optimize all customer communication channels (email, push notifications, in-app messaging) across the Umi portfolio while also leading monetization initiatives to maximize conversion, retention, and expansion. We need someone who is comfortable working collaboratively with internal (Marketing, Creative, Product, Operations, and Engineering) and external partners (agencies and our Partner Collective) to drive concepts to execution across all touchpoints.
