Job Description

The Marketing Specialist role is a dynamic position within the marketing team, responsible for supporting our regional tradeshows and events for the mobility team. The Marketing Specialist will also assist vertical managers with campaign administration, data analysis and at times content creation.

Responsibilities

What You'll Get to Do

Event Management: Coordinate the registration, payment processing, tracking, and ordering of show services for tradeshows that support our mobility team. This includes post-show reporting. The specialist will manage approximately 80 shows throughout the year.

Sales Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for sales for these events.

Communication: Guide stakeholders through event submission processes, track event metrics, and report findings to enhance future programs.

Campaign Administration: Assist Vertical and Channel managers with the administrative aspects of campaign planning, including scheduling, coordinating meetings, and maintaining content and registries.

Data Analysis: Support the data analysis process by gathering and organizing marketing data, preparing reports, and maintaining databases.

Marketing Support: Assist Vertical and Channel managers on content and campaigns as needed

Qualifications

What You Will Bring

Education & Experience: Degree required/preferred.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience

Problem Solving

• Strong project management
• Ability to “think on your feet” and solve challenges with poise when unexpected issues arise
• Ability to analyze performance metrics and generate reports
• Attention to detail for precise analysis of data
• Organize tasks and work efficiently to ensure deadlines are met

Communications: Key communications contacts (internal/external) and level of persuasion required

• Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively
• Must be a team player with a positive business attitude
• Ability to work under pressure and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment
• Time management and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

Other Requirements: e.g. Working conditions, physical requirements, travel, etc.

• 15% Travel is expected.
• Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and cost-conscientious

_The salary range below is just one component of Panasonic Connect's total package. Actual compensation varies depending on the individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. This role may be eligible for discretionary bonuses and incentives.

Salary Range

$70,000 - $85,000 plus bonus REQ-151522
