Palo Alto Networks is looking for a Field Marketing Specialist (Contract) to work with the North America Field Marketing team and is a great opportunity for a talented individual who has the desire to associate with a fast-growing company in a truly international environment.
Your Impact
CXO Engagement & Event Execution
Partner with Sales Leaders to develop and execute high-impact CXO engagement events that drive meaningful conversations and pipeline acceleration.
Own end-to-end event logistics, including venue selection, speaker coordination, agenda planning, and follow-up strategies.
Measure and report on event effectiveness, ensuring alignment with pipeline and revenue goals.
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Program Management
Collaborate with the ABM Marketing Team to design and execute targeted campaigns for top-tier accounts.
Collaborate with Sales to define target accounts, engagement strategies, and customized marketing approaches.
Drive personalized messaging, content, and offers tailored to individual customer accounts, ensuring alignment with sales objectives.
Track, measure, and optimize ABM program performance using data-driven insights.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Execution
Work closely with Sales, US Segment Marketing, and Product Demand Marketing teams to align CXO engagement and ABM efforts.
Ensure seamless coordination between internal teams and external vendors to deliver high-quality marketing experiences.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance marketing effectiveness and drive engagement with key accounts.
Execution & Administrative Management
Perform event set-up tasks include PO creation, contract execution, budget tracking, new vendor onboarding, InfoSec review, and payment processing.
Ability to proactively work independently with vendors and develop relevant action plan by event.
Manage event logistics including shipping of materials, set-up, ordering of onsite services, catering, transportation and food vouchers, staffing requirements, and communications.
Create event campaigns in Salesforce in accordance with standards and ensure all leads uploaded within SLA post-event.
Work closely with Sales Leaders and Account Executives to track engagement, optimize outreach, and accelerate pipeline progression.
Coordinate with creative teams, content writers, and digital marketers to develop high-impact ABM assets.

The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer, this is the pay range that Magnit (the staffing agency) reasonably expects to pay for this position: $43/ hour - $53/ hour. Please note that the compensation information in this posting reflects the hourly wage only and does not include benefits. Magnit offers Medical, Dental, Vision and 401K.
