About the Role
We’re looking for a data-driven Growth Lead to take ownership of our marketing strategies, with a focus on performance analytics, user acquisition, retention, and engagement. You'll be the go-to expert ensuring our company leverages data-driven insights to create and optimize campaigns, drive growth activities, inform product strategy, and ensure end-customer usage continues to grow.
We work closely with highly regulated financial institutions, many of which have their own marketing and compliance requirements. That means you'll regularly collaborate with our Business Development, Product, and Engineering teams and, where appropriate, engage directly with clients to create, own, and execute shared growth initiatives. Strong analytical, communication, and technical skills around growth marketing tools are essential to this position.
Our company is expanding internationally, and growth initiatives will play a critical role in both our partner and end-customer success. Financial industry experience and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish are also preferred.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead and manage data-driven growth initiatives, including optimizing funnel conversion, lifecycle marketing, and user retention strategies.
- Support the Business Development & Product teams in identifying customer acquisition opportunities and aligning growth efforts with business goals.
- Oversee and support efforts related to global market expansion, including localized growth initiatives that are well coordinated with our partners (primarily banks, FinTechs, and other large corporates).
- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to feedback any learnings from growth initiatives into our product offerings.
- Assist in multi-variant (A/B testing) to optimize user journeys and maximize conversion rates.
- Ensure our telemetry tools are tracking all critical flows, tailored per partner, & are triggering event based campaigns that drive engagement of end users.
- Conduct market research and customer segmentation to inform targeting strategies.
- Stay up to date with industry best practices, emerging marketing trends, tooling, & best-in-class growth marketing practices.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in growth role, digital marketing, or performance marketing, preferably in a data-driven environment.
- Deep knowledge of funnel optimization, conversion rate improvements, and data analytics tools.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, analytics platforms, and audience segmentation.
- Excellent communication skills—able to clearly explain marketing strategies to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Financial industry experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) language is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and execute growth strategies with the Palla team and external stakeholders.
