What You’ll Do:
- Own & execute marketing campaigns that engage our customers and drive business growth
- Develop targeted messaging and segmentation strategies to better connect with our diverse customer base
- Lead customer marketing programs, including newsletters, lifecycle marketing, and conversion campaigns
- Drive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring customers understand the value of new offerings
- Collaborate with Sales & CX to develop high-impact marketing assets that support customer retention and sales enablement
- Optimize email marketing, CRM, and automation tools to improve efficiency and personalization
- Manage and execute trade show & regional event marketing to elevate brand awareness
- Manage and optimize the eCommerce platform and website
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-7 years of marketing experience, with a strong track record of execution
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM & marketing automation tools
- A solid understanding of customer segmentation and lifecycle automation strategies
- Ability to work cross-functionally
